GUEST ARRIVAL AT SANDS POINT GOLF CLUB

Guests are not allowed use of the Clubhouse or the golf course unless accompanied by a member. Guests may wait in the Clubhouse for the member’s arrival. All golf guests must be registered at the Pro Shop desk immediately upon arrival.

 

TECHNOLOGY GUIDELINES

The use of cellular telephones and other electronic devices to send, receive or listen to calls or audible messages is not permitted on Club premises, except inside vehicles in the parking lot. 

Sending or receiving texts, emails and other graphics or written messages on cell phones, electronic devices, iPad, tablets, and the like, is permitted only in the Locker Rooms, in a closed-door meeting at the Club for the business of the Club or a committee of the Club, and in the parking lot, provided that in all such instances such devices are used in silent mode and no sound is emitted from any such device. 

Electronic devices may be used on the practice range only as an instructional tool for viewing/recording golf swings. 

 

DRESS CODE

Members are solely responsible for the dress and behavior of their guests. No hats shall be worn inside the grill rooms unless the gentleman is in transit. Tennis dresses, shirts without collars, blue jeans, dungarees, jogging attire, warm ups and shorts shorter than Bermuda length are not considered suitable attire on the golf course or in the club house. Members’ and guests’ children must be in proper attire at all times.

Outside of the Clubhouse, caps are allowed and may only be worn with bill forward.

Golf attire is acceptable all times in the locker room, Men's and Mixed Grill Rooms and the Patio. 

Non-golf sneakers are not considered proper footwear for male members or for guests older than 12 years of age. 

Sandals are not considered proper footwear for male members or for guests older than 12 years of age. 

No changing shoes in the parking lot.
